Mr. Petrillo is a former Chief of the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, partner in a law firm, where he was Deputy Chair of the firm's litigation department, and Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Klein is a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, where he specialized in handling securities fraud and other white collar cases for more than nine years, member of the staff of the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and corporate transactional lawyer with an international law firm headquartered in New York.
